# Deposits (Ethereum Sepolia → Tajir Chain)

Depositing transfers your supported assets from **Ethereum Sepolia** to **Tajir Chain**, allowing you to interact with dApps, smart contracts, and other network services.

### **How Deposits Work**

1. Approve the bridge contract on **Ethereum Sepolia**.
2. Submit the deposit transaction.
3. Your assets are securely locked on **Ethereum Sepolia**.
4. The corresponding assets become available on **Tajir Chain** after the deposit is processed.

#### **Steps to Deposit**

1. Open the **Tajir Bridge**.
2. Select **Deposit**.
3. Choose the asset you want to transfer.
4. Approve the asset (required only the first time).
5. Enter the transfer amount.
6. Confirm the transaction in your wallet.
7. Wait for the transaction to be processed.
8. Your assets will appear on **Tajir Chain** once the transfer is complete.

#### **Notes**

* Deposits are processed as soon as the bridge completes the transfer.
* Network fees are paid on **Ethereum Sepolia**.
* Ensure your wallet is connected to the correct network before starting the transfer.
